Depends, usually plain mono is good. Its super cheap and effective. I personally like using Controlled labs Green bulge and green mag for the added goodies.

    Creatine

Beast Nutrition, Creature is a great product.

It was named creatine of the year for 2013. Also, this product contains Cinnulin PF.

Cinnulin PF can enhance muscle recovery and growth by mimicking insulin's effects at the muscle cells, which can help you to get the most out of your post-workout rise.

Dr. Jim Stoppani wrote a nice article on the importance of insulin in this article: bodybuilding.com/fun/the-muscle-building-messenger-complete-guide-to-insulin.html

In closing, the Beast Creature is a great product. I used it and experienced good gains.

For the vast majority, monohydrate is bloat free. Most of the complaints about bloating are from the loading phase, which is not necessary. You can reach saturation in a month with 3-5g daily, which ensures you won't bloat.

Pretty much any creatine. I prefer capsules over an unflavored powder.

Usaually a flavored powder creatine is good tho. Con Crete by promera is my go to typically

Agree with this completely. Well said.

OP: Creatine Monohydrate is as good as it gets effectiveness wise and it is also cheap. Get a quality one and go for 5 grams a day. You can do it in one dose (I like post-workout with my shake, but anytime is fine) or two doses of 2.5 grams if it bothers you at all.

If you really want a "fancy" creatine, then I wouldn't look for anything other than Green Magnitude. Full dose creatine (MCC + DCM), along with Betaine (AWESOME), Taurine, and Tyrosine. All in great doses.
