    100,000 Dollar Transformation - My journal

    Im super up for this challenge. Just when i needed some goal to target properly
    Lets jump right into it. Heres my previous 6 months transformation picture -



    Then i quit workout for 5 months due to a new job and not being able to find a place to stay. Then i began workout again a few months ago and i was doing okay, but this new year I am seriously planning to start strong. I have all my goals set up and i am totally feeeling it



    I have got this picture stuck on my bedroom wall for the past few days and its working really well. Tells me everytime i forget what i am upto you know. I removed part of it because it includes part of my other goals as well for the next 90 days.

    The three important parts of my workout will be described briefly here -

    THE HULK DIET !

    I have marinated chicken to fry everyday for a week and precooked a week worth of peanutbutter cake. Heres a picture :


    This cake is around 26g protein, 35g fat and 25g carb and 520kcal of energy per serving (The pic is 7 servings). And its super dense, so you can have it in between meals without filling your tummy.

    My extra meals include
    - A cup of milk and 1/2 cup oats (Pre-breakfast early morning) - 13g Protein, 11g Fat and 40g Carb, 311 Cal
    - Peanut butter cake - 26g protein, 35g fat and 25g carb and 520 Cal
    - 1 Piece Fried Chicken + 2 egg white - 25g protein, 4g fat and 1g carb and 140 Cal (Didnt consider the oil fat here)
    - Banana Protein Milk shake (Post Workout) - 20g protein, 9g fat and 40g carb and 350 Cal

    And a few more. Totally around 1700 Calories and good macro proportions.
    That plus my staple breakfast, lunch and dinner would be around 2500 Calories.

    Supplements is just one scoop of creatine and 2 fish oil tabs.
    3L of Water.

    THE HULK WORKOUT:
    5X5 Jason DBs. Worked for me before, so sticking to it.

    My knees started hurting with squats in this program. So i am going super light on squats the next week and fixing my form. My balance is really bad when i sit back so i think i might start box squats instead.

    I am doing incline bench instead of flat bench as it really helps my elbows.

    THE PRIZE

    I wont update everyday due to my busy work schedule. But i will post as much as possible, with pics and other good stuff.

    Day-1 / day-84

    Today is Day 1 folks.
    My diet went great. Workout is tomorrow, looking up for it.
    Here are the myfitness pal screenshots.





    I had around 3000 calories today, and roughly 145g protien, 445g carbs and 85g fat. Fat is actually a little more because i fried my meat and didnt add the oil in the calculation. I also had two sevenseas fish oil tabs, a little teaspoon of creatine and 12 cups of water. Also i had cucumber, grapes and other vegan stuff to add some micros.

    Lets see the workout tomorrow. I am excited to see the results in 84 days

    I will post my before pics tomorrow because the competition didnt start in US yet.

    Day 2 / Day 84

    Diet went well.





    Went to workout today. I am not writing the figures as todays workout was quite disappointing. I stacked some weights on my squat and i thought my form was finally perfect, but then my knee started hurting. It effed up my other workouts as well as i couldnt bend down to parallel to get the bar for my deadlifts. So i called it a day, did some arms and back and came back

    I will attempt just body weight squats in my next few workouts. My knee needs some rest. I might even swap squats for leg curls and extensions for a while if my knees are still bad. Anyways, we will see how it goes.

    I have my current squat video, i will upload it later.

    Day 3, Day 4 / Day 84

    Updating two days together. Diet went well although today it wasnt distributed well as i missed my company cab and skipped my two snacks as i couldnt pack it. So i had to bottle down those calories later somehow, it was hard to push it in between other big meals.

    I didnt workout these two days. My next workout is tomorrow. Due to a knee problem i wont be squatting or deadlifting tomorrow but i will do everything else.

    The Plan

    Workout Plan for remaining 10 weeks :



    I am squatting as a form learning process, so will go really light on it. This is because of the knee pain issue that i had recently.
    Instead for next 10 weeks i am doing leg curls and extensions, and deadlifts for legs. I know that leg curls are not functional and might create imbalances and/or weak stabilizers in the future. But i have no other option now. Will start proper squats after 10 weeks.

    My diet is going pretty kick ass. I have myfitness pal updates on everything and i will start uploading myfitness pal snaps from today.

    The diet is basically meals at
    6:30 AM
    8:30 AM
    10:00 AM
    12:30 PM
    3:00 PM
    6:00 PM
    7:00 PM
    9:00 PM (Gym Days) or 8:00 PM (Non gym days)
    10:00 PM
    11:00 PM

    Totalling around 2500-3000 Cals.
    Also includes creatine and fish oil tabs.
