hey guys im trying to clean bulk this winter. need some advice on my breakfast
right now im having beef and cheese fried in 1 tsp coconut oil or some eggs omlet
am planning to switch to 1 -2 bananas or guavas or oatmeal (for the CARB part)
along with my beef friend in 1 tsp coconut oil.
my main concern is that what about the sugars in the fruits like guavas and bananas?
is it fine as the above breakfast and my post workout dextrose are the only times where i will be ingesting simple sugars
rest meals like chicken,eggs,whey,
for carbs brown or white rice, veggies and some salad
oils- coconut, rice bran ,safflower seed oil just 1 tsp to cook thats it.
keeping the efa for the summer cut.

I believe we overcomplicate things when it comes to eating and calories.
I personally don't believe in the insulin and "special" diets. In the end all that really matters is if calories in > calories out for bulking.
You can eat fruit whenever you want to it doesn't have to be just before a workout.
Don't limit foods and just eat everything in moderation and with common sense.
