jlsnyderTypeR, awesome phsyique buddy (no homo). Your profile says 10% bf, may I ask what method of bf testing was used to determine this? You look more cut than the bf%'s are showing. Also in the pics are you holding your normal water weight or are you dry / carb depleted?

at least 200lbs
then again you can have broad shoulders, high traps, and wide back after a year or two of training and appear to look like you lift.
Its all a big illusion. I throw on a 2XL tshirt or a jacket you might ahve trouble knowing I look the way I do.Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.

Right now I am 6 feet and 92 kg which is like 200 lbs and I am bulking, bf decent, veins popping, etc. The maximum I was able to do was reach 110 kg which is like 242 lbs. Once you reach like 100 kg, it becomes a pain to keep growing, because you need to eat even more than before. Just keep eating a lot and don't forget to eat even more when you gain weight. Also, you need to do progressive weight lifting. Lift heavier each week, because if you don't you won't grow. Just bulk and don't give a damn about your body fat. That's what I usually do, during winter time I bulk and I cut before summer. Let me tell you this: The more muscle mass you get, the easier and the faster you will be able to cut. It's so easy, trust me.

Sorry, brother....but it's like building wealth, it takes time, and if was easy everyone would be doing it.
I'm sure it's not exact, but just a good point of reference and I use both calipers and the navy bf calculator. Also, most of my pictures are the condition I stay in from Feb to Nov. and I don't cut carbs, just a good diet, lots of water and a lot of cardio on top of my training.**PUREBLOOD FOR LIFE CREW**

The only reason you feel that was is because of the miscs attitude towards anywone who isn't gigantic. Srs not wanting to sound like a baby but it's a good way to give people muscle dysmorphia and eating disorders. Be happy with yourself and know that you're making progress, you're supposed to be having fun while doing this, not being depressed 24/7 because some *******s on the internet call you skinny.

Personally, I can cut pretty fast and gain a lot of definition without being totally shredded in less than a month. What do you want to do, is just reduce your carb intake for a little bit. You don't have to remove all the carbs from your diet. Literally just reduce your carbs a little bit. Now, when I am at the gym, I just try to rest less between sets. Also, what you want to do is lift the same weight, don't reduce or don't add anything. If you reduce the weight, your body might go get some energy in your muscles instead of the fat. Just keep going like this. After a few weeks like this, you can start reducing sodium intake because it gives water retention. And if you want to speed it up even more, you can reduce your water intake too. You can also add cardio, but personally all I was doing was run 5 mins to warm-up before every workout. At this weight your body becomes a machine because of the large muscle mass. Finally, I never drank any supplements like proteins, amino acids, vitamins, etc. My post-workout consisted of chocolate milk. So this shows you that it's possible with only food.

5'11, 150 would look skinny in a shirt or be skinny fat of they never have lifted.
But to answer the op it depends on how you dress like one guy said and if you actually train legs. 180 with chicken legs and 180 with big legs will leave a lot of difference in a persons upper body.-Miscs from phone 99% of time.

im 5'11" and ~155 lbs. i started at 127 and i still feel like i look like i have an eating disorder. which i dont. i cant believe you can gain weight at 2900-3200 cals. i normally have that down after lunch. and that doesnt include 3 more small meals, dinner, and a calorie packed shaked before i go to bed. youre incredibly lucky to be able to gain with such small amounts of calories. keep it up brah.
I woke up this morning still breathing. Might as well take advantage of it.
Working every day to be just a little stronger, healthier, or smarter than yesterday.

This.
Misc standards don't represent the general public. We're on a form where everyone, for the most part lifts.
Being huge, and looking like you lift are very different.
The opinon of someone who's juiced a few times, and the average joe will be worlds apart.
