hi all... i bought pullup handles and i have an question...
are neutral grip pullups must be with wide grip which we do in overhand pullups or a little closer grip?
Also are very close grip neutral pullups effecive for working brachialis(i do bodyweight exercises) or they emphazing lower lats?

Depends on what you want in your workout. The wider grip you go the more you are forced to hit your lats/back instead of relying on the biceps. Neutral grip pull-ups will hit both the bicep (I'm assuming you'll get some work on the brachialis) as well as hitting the lats and other parts of your back.

The option that gives you the best Range of Motion (ROM) will benefit you the most. If you can do proper form pullups close-grip, but struggle to do wide, go close-grip. If its the other way around then do wide grip. There are piles of studies done on muscle activation but assuming you aren't an advanced trainee (given the nature of the question) any pullup motion will benefit your back and biceps.
