All of the different cuts, with myfitnesspal giving different answers, I am boarderline lost when trying to figure out wtf I'm eating when it comes to steak.
Right now I'm eating a top sirloin 14.5 oz raw and 12 oz cooked.

I think you will find that most of the choices in MFP are very similar. You can always google the nutrition info and find one that closely matches, or make your own. Steaks can be hard since the amount of fat trimmings will have an impact. For the most part the differences I see are in the fat macro.

Top sirloin with those macros would be very surprising...
Since mine is 6g proteins and 1g fat per oz... Off course I add some whole eggs for the fats.

I always double check here: http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list when checking the macros on different meats. MFP is sometimes off with meats from my experience.
