lump on bicep

i have a lump on my bicep , i think i got it after working out, has this happened to anyone before?, im real worried

i did back and some biceps on the pullup bar, and now i got this on my arm =(

It looks like a vein... but I am no doctor. Does it diminish after you had had time to rest, or has it remained after your workout? If you rested your arm against something, or positioned it in a particular way, you might have caused a slight bruise. You might want to consult your primary health care provider just to be safe; BUT, it doesn't look like anything is swollen or inflamed.

Theres no doubt about it that's definitely a vein! I get them in that part of my bi all the time don't worry about it too much....if it does start to hurt too much definitely go and get it checked out though!!

It's a vein bro - don't worry. I had the exact same thing before I found out and I was so scared too - I can imagine how you feel like.

how long have you been working out for bud have you just started?

And tbf it should be a little blueish in colour the texture youll be able to prod it and it will fell quite "spongy" I dont know all the science about it (Ha and I did medical science at college FML) but with myself to start with I had none and then slowly but surely they would appear in that exact place and gradually be alot easier to make out. It may be due to the fact that youre getting alot more oxygen in your blood now and your bloods pumping faster through your body.

Like I said i wouldnt worry about it too much

i been working out now for 3-4 years , i stopped for a week , i didnt warm up and went rite into my old routine

I dont think that should bother you too much but obviously to save yourself future harm do warm up before you go into the exercies save yourself alot of pain and hassle in the long run haha!!
