The past few OBF's I have been guilty of this. Generally I make it through 9 to 10 weeks spot on. Then I don't make my meals for the next day ahead of time or I decide to treat myself to a cheat and that is all it takes to derail the train. Then the excuses start, "ya know I am under too much stress at work", "I have this or that project going and dont have time to make up meals", "I should be happy the way I am anyway". It is amazing the excuses you can convince yourself of when you havn't had chocolate peanut butter icecream in 2 1/2 months.
Alot goes into running these comps so... Sorry guys.
All I can say is I am gonna give this one my d@mndest cause I really am p1ssed off with myself. This time I am setting a goal to not only finish the 16 weeks but to also place. Feel free to kick me in the @ss!
