Confused about my TDEE, any help?

So i'm using Scooby's calorie calculator to calculate my TDEE

and i'm kind of confused about the section in step 5 where i have to enter my activity level. I don't know which choice to put because 1. I work at a shop where we don't really have time to sit down, so we are standing up for 6.5 hours a day but we have one break which is 30 minutes. I don't do cardio, and obviously i workout about 4 - 5 days a week, for about 45 minutes - 1 hour each. What is my activity level between this selections?

Calculate your TDEE and macros here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=156380183

It doesn't really matter which activity level you choose; it's just an estimate. Monitor your weight weekly and adjust accordingly to your goals based on your progress.

Just monitor your progress and add or subtract a couple hundred calories every couple weeks as needed until you get it right. Don't make any knee jerk changes either because water weight can account for some rapid weight gain/loss that might not be resulting in different fat or muscle levels.
