Hi you need to focus on eating not your anorexia set yourself a goal say togo out with friends or go to watch a film.
You really need to eat as much as you can in recovery whatever is put in front of you eat it getting calories from shakes is a good option if you are struggling eating all the calories.
The other website i have made on there is something i created in my spare time as a hobby i dont expect you to be interested in it so thats fine but i have other interests i love my football its something that keeps me motivated and enjoying life.
You could do with finding something that makes you happy and stick with it friends and family are a great place to start they are the ones that love you no matter what surround yourself with positive people.
The website if you look has alot about anorexia etc just search it you might have to go to other pages on the site to find it but its there.
If i can help you in any way advice on your diet and what to eat let me know i am here to help you so many on this forum where great to me when i was at the worst point in my life ask whatever you like there is some really nice guys on the forum ask anything.

feel like giving up...
hey, I have total respect for you.. I'm so glad you've beat and are winning the battle which had wasted so much of your time. You seem like a really level headed caring lad. I'm currently battling to stay positive at the moment and feel like really controlling my eating as I don't feel happy about anything just don't feel I belong. Just feel so difficult to get motivated about anything like it's all a waste of time. I know I need help and I'm looking online for inspiration. Did you just wake up one day and decide to change your life? I understand what you mean about having family and that around, but I just want to cut myself off atm. Any postive messages from anyone are welcome. :-((

You are already over the first hurdle asking for help takes alot of guts so well done,it took me to the edge and back but you have to think positive about life never look back always looking foward remember this only you can change your future for the better friends and family can help you along the way but you must change your negative thoughts in to positives everytime you have a negative one get rid of it also never cut your friends and family out of your life just spending time talking to them about anything can make you feel so much better that shutting yourself away with your own thoughts sorry if this sounds abit harsh or anything but its the truth and i really want you to feel better and beat this message me if you have anymore questions or need anything else ask me anything you like.

agree i decided not to drink/smoke/drugs when i was very young. I tried a sip of beer when i was like 9 when my dad was watching football with the neighbors. At first i was like yum it tastes like coke when it first hit my tongue, but once i swallowed it it tasted like garbage. Decided i will never drink again,
