Not quite a nutrition post and aside from telling you to look at a review sharing site, I'd suggest a blackening seasoning topped with mango-avocado salsa.
Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

We just came across the same situation ironically. My approach was to filet the tilapia, wrap it in tinfoil throw in some sliced lemon and bake the **** out of it.

I use to fry mine in a little olive oil, and sprinkled lemon pepper and black pepper on it

Though I'm not a huge fan of seasoning meat.

Grill then add to 16 ounces of boiling coconut milk with one tablespoon of chili paste. Add sliced peppers, onions and scallions to taste.

Makes a yummy Thai style dish.

I'll egg-wash/bread-crumb or flour some tilapia filets and then sautee them.

Or I'll put a couple of them in a foil pouch, along with some diced bell peps, carrots, celery, onion, dill, parsley, salt, pepper and drizzled with olive oil, then bake it in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes:

    ^^^^Really, really tasty.
