Been cutting for quite some time now.
Currently 153 lbs and 5'10"
I have my forecasted goal for a six pack to be at 145 pounds.
Any input based on my picture below, whether that weight goal should be higher or lower? I know that the mirror is more important, but I feel like weight will inevitably be changed either way.

Let me tell you don't fall for this recent "shredded fad", most of it comes either from people on the juice or people who never look like they lift in a shirt. You're already at a relatively low body fat percentage, what you need to do is lift and eat. After you've put on some muscle all around, then if you want go for a cut but right now is just not the right time.

try lifting and eating consistently
idk why on earth you would want to be 5'10 145, no matter what body fat % you are thats skinny
stop following greg plitts plan and eating like a yards and put some damn effort in, you look like chit after 4 years training, time to change buddy.**Florida Crew**

For sure. I hear you. The people who I know in real life, who are shredded AND look like they lift with a shirt on, are pretty open about their celtic usage. Others look yeah, skinny in a shirt.
I've legit been doing 60-75 minutes of high intensity cardio per day. I am legitimately addicted to it, so I guess cut the cardio in half? I'll probably do this once I reach around 145 though.

lol got it. i think if we give you a weight, you'll end up cutting too fast cuz it seems all you care about is getting abs right now. I think you should just cut slowly and keep making strength gains, and let the abs come whenever they come. You'll keep more muscle that way so your abs will look better too.
