I am on a cut right now, just finished by bulk went from 160 to 177-180 and I was taking in 3500 calories a day. My maintenance is 3000 so since im cutting im taking in 2500 calories so a 500 calorie deficit. I want to get down to around 8% bf right now probably 12% but in the process I do not want to lose my hard gained muscle, so I wanted to know how much muscle is expected to be lost on this cut?? thanks
