    Beta Alanine

    Hey has anyone notice any difference taking Beta Alanine in there workouts did some research landed on a website saying only people 55 an over notice a difference in increased endurance depending on the response will add to my usual post shake any feed back is appreciated.

    This, I see this the most. Nothing super crazy but enough to make a difference. I like pre-workouts that it in them already.

    What about a marked jump in rowing performance for elite Belgian rowers? How about significant lean mass differences in college wrestlers and football players?

    BA isn't magic, but it's one of the better-proven supplements for getting a little bit more of an edge.

    BA gives a legit boost to any pre or post workout supplementation. I do think it helps. While subtle, its still worth it and many of its affects are not necessarily training related. Note Below

    You have to be saturated with it in order to optimize its endurance-enhancing effects. And saturation takes a decent amt of time. I've been on it for well over a year and most definitely notice improvements in my endurance during longer metcons.
