Hey has anyone notice any difference taking Beta Alanine in there workouts did some research landed on a website saying only people 55 an over notice a difference in increased endurance depending on the response will add to my usual post shake any feed back is appreciated.

My endurance improved notably after taking BA for awhile.

BA gives a legit boost to any pre or post workout supplementation. I do think it helps. While subtle, its still worth it and many of its affects are not necessarily training related. Note Below
