Got to about 10 out of 225 on a brosplit (each part once a week with a lot of volume) over my first few years of training. I have since gone unto 10 out of 250 using HIT and training each part twice a week in a couple months.
Frequency + Intensity is far superior to High volume bro splits imo especially if you are natural.
Maximum stimulation without using too much volume, easier to recover from, then hit the muscle again when its done recovering in 3 days or so. Will never do a brosplit again.Signatures are for *******s!

I can hit 225x25. I alternate between a bro split and PPL. I am sticking to the higher volume bro split once a week thing vs lower but heavier volume twice a week. Bro split is less demanding on my joints my elbow and knees were taking a beating. I started developing tendonitis in both elbows and injuries were setting me back.
