Got to about 10 out of 225 on a brosplit (each part once a week with a lot of volume) over my first few years of training. I have since gone unto 10 out of 250 using HIT and training each part twice a week in a couple months.

Frequency + Intensity is far superior to High volume bro splits imo especially if you are natural.

Maximum stimulation without using too much volume, easier to recover from, then hit the muscle again when its done recovering in 3 days or so. Will never do a brosplit again.

you probably were 25% bodyfat as well. Dont you have to be fat for certain positions in football?

225x12 before I sprained my wrist from a fall. Did only 225x6 yesterday after 3 months of no heavy bar bench.

Yes I did a body part split. Took me 3 months from maxing 225 to repping 225. Srs

I could never do it until I went on a dreamer bulk and weighed 225 myself. Now I'm down to like 170 and can't imagine ever lifting that weight for reps again as natty without being a fat ass. Though I can do 45lb+ weighted pull ups with ease, so idk maybe weird genetics

Had to bulk to 85-90kg zone to hit 100kg for reps...
Had a ulna injury and shoulder injury wwhich has stopped me from going 110 and beyond.

    Started of deadlifting and sqautting.

Found Military press helped my bench press to get 225lb

Never done a brosplit, full body work out 4-6 times a week.....every 2 months take a week off and relax. Been lifting a year and some weeks now, bench is well past 225. It's closer to 400 for reps of 2x6-7 depending on a lot of variables. I normally stick to 320-350 for reps of 10-12.

    I incline 90kg for 8 reps.

I don't do flat bench but my max 1rep was 115kg. I could maybe go 100kg for 10-12reps. Havn't flat benched in a while I prefer incline now since my chest is really starting to take shape.
I take panadol when I work out

Yes possible! I've been doing a 5/6 day split for almost 4 years and don't bench every week and I found it easily attainable

After a year wtf. Strong troll

Example of full body 4-6 times a week?

I can hit 225x25. I alternate between a bro split and PPL. I am sticking to the higher volume bro split once a week thing vs lower but heavier volume twice a week. Bro split is less demanding on my joints my elbow and knees were taking a beating. I started developing tendonitis in both elbows and injuries were setting me back.

It's kind of funny to see small guys out lifting him all the time but such is the life of disregard strength acquire aesthetics. I will add though he has a shoulder issue so he has stopped trying to go heavy on bench altogether.
I also have a friend just like that. My friend has been lifting 3 years and has about 16 inch arms and shredded and he can even do 225lbs for 1 rep but this bodybuilding not powerlifting.....
