My wt is constant for around 3-4 month
Its reach 84.3-84.7 kg
1st my diet was 2500-2700 ( 200 p 265 carb 55-65 f)
Then i make it 2500 (300 p 180 carb 90 f)
I have off day 3000-3500 cal
What shoud i do
Eat more to shock my body
My maintance by calculation is 2800-2900 to lose 2450 but i think 2600 is my maintain
Really need help

That's usually all mental the whole, "feeling flat". I'd recommend doing your best to get over that.
If you absolutely can't, then train more days OR increase cardio.Paul Teixeira

wrong calculations bro..
200p 265c 65f = 800cal + 1060cal + 585cal = 2445cals
300p 180c 90f = 1200cal + 720cal + 810cal = 2730cals
your maintenance is around 2940, your deficit should be around 2200-2400..
IMO, take a diet break, have 2-3days eating at maintenance, then back into a deficit @ 2200-2400cals.
also, do you workout?? what's your program?
and btw, you don't need an off day.. have a cheat meal on that day, but the rest of the meals make sure they're clean.Knowledge is Power

3-4 months and no losses?
You are eating at maintence whether you like it or not. Track more carefully to eat less, just eat less or move more. Flatness is temporary. You could also accept the diet is over and make some gains. IDK what would serve you best but
you seem to be just treading water right now.
