My goal weight for 2014 is 175 and 8% body fat
planning a trip to Mexico in March so really only have 3 months to get to this goal and keep it.

One thing I enjoy doing is writing down every single detail when I take a product. After i'm done drawing conclusions, which usually takes 2 weeks for all the side effects, misc issues, etc, I talk to my friends about it and inform them of the product I took. Some call that marketing but I do it for the benefit of my friends and others. So you see, this would just be another day for me i'll have no problems with the logs/reviews.


Can't wait to get shredded and exposing myself to great products will only make the journey more awesome.

You know what time it is... SHRED Season! I'm currently at a bulked 183 pds. and looking to shed some of that winter bulk for this summer. I could really use a fat burner supplement such as Blade to help me see better results in a shorter amount of time! My current goal is to lose around 1.25 pds a week, so that I can maintain the maximum amount of muscle and strength during my cut. I am very educated in macros and my goals seems very realistic. I would like to reach 170 in roughly 8 weeks! Thanks for the opportunity!
