    throwing up help.

    ughhh i threw up after working out, Im pretty sure I ate to close too my pump. HOw many nutrients did i lose if any? I had three little breakfast sausages and 2 eggs and a protein bar, about 30ish minutes before my workout - 590ish calories bout 40g of protein.
    Do I need to subtract/ replace calories/nutrients that i might have lost to my daily total ( if any). I ate PWO btw.

    Chances are, some nutrients were lost. But will one day with fewer calories matter? No. Just forget about it and resume your normal diet.

    Next time, try eating a lot earlier than your workout.
