Notes: On a time constraint so gotta make it quick. Almost I have no caffeine all day, not even coffee. This is the first time I ever trained with so little caffeine. I think is only 110 in a can of Red Bulls. Feels a little weaker than normal but than that could also be due to my flu. Also been taking quit a bit days off as well. Not feeling too energize lately and been eating a lot of junk foods too. Finally feeling like 80% recover today. Can't wait to be 100% back.
Had this green tea and this is the first time I see an actual teabag inside the bottle. Pretty neat and you can actually tastes the tea and not all the sweet stuff.
And chowing down on some banh cuon. Nom nom nom...
