Incredible! You are a true inspiration to us old guys. I am doing my best to compete someday, and seeing people my age look as good as you do gives me some hope!

You look fantastic! Awesome everything -- but I really noticed the ripped up abs! You sure look like you're having fun in the competition photos.
It's cool to see you kept carbs in your diet. I think a lot of people think they can't get lean and eat carbs.
Congrats to you!!

For 2007, looking like you do in the double bi photo, you should be sweeping all the contests that you enter ... your weight class, age class, overall ... and anything else they can give you!

That photo was from Matt's most recent contest - the 2006 Ontario Provincals where he did win the Masters, and placed 2nd in the LHW. He has had an amazing offf season - he now up to 230lbs and still houvering around 10% BF. He loooks incredible. We're expecting him to be 205-210 onstage at the Nationals.
stachedwalker, thank you for the comments - Matt is working right now, but he will respond when he gets home....
Peace,
Brenny

As Joel said it's nice to see Canadians doing well as we do not tend to hear as much about it here in the north. Great work...
