Do I have enough mass for a cut?

I cut before from 230-170 and was skinny fat. I just got done an 8 month bulk I'm now 195 lifts are S-365x1 DL-455x1 B-300x1 should i continue to bulk or start my cut now? I'm 5'8'' 195lbs

I did gain a lot of fat, this was my first bulk and it was dirty as it gets however I did gain mass too my strength has gone up in all my lifts a lot

Yeah that's what I plan to do. I used a caliper and I know they're inaccurate but it measured me at 18% I'd say I'm closer to 20% but my goal is to get sub 10% so I'll be back in a couple months with a before and after.

Honestly I think 18% sounds real accurate. Plus after a few days of dieting, bloating will go down and you may look leaner than usual. Good luck.

You were 'skinny fat' at 230lbs 5"8? I think that'd have to be just 'fat'. But still, looking solid atm man i'd say you have enough lbm on ya for a cut.

Imo, cut brother, got alot of fat, and you gotta cut eventually, do it now, do a lean bulk and you'll see gains much easier!

thanks for all the replies, i have began my cut @ 2400 cal. 200g protein 70g of fat and 240g of carbs. ill be back in a couple months @ 10% bf.
