I hope I am doing this correctly..the first thing you should learn about me is I am super tech savvy (IM LYING) and I hope this is posted in the right section so go easy on me
Allow me to introduce myself to my fellow contestants. First of all, I would like to say congratulations to all of you for having the guts to join this challenge.
This is especially hard for me because at this point in my life I have been struggling with my weight. I started taking medication a few months ago and my competition shape....went to hell and not for lack of trying. I have maintained my diet and work out plans but the weight will not budge. I was hesitant to join the competition because honestly I want to hide until I gain control of my life back....I feel like Im failing..and who likes that...
My journey begun several years ago with a hundred pound weight loss (I will post some of those pics for fun along the way). This added weight has been a struggle for me and to be honest, I am embarrassed of the before pictures I will share with you....but what better way to take control back.......SIGH
My name is Andrea and I am 36 years old. I am a single mother of two of the most amazing boys on the planet. By trade , I am a social worker for those with mental health concerns. Its a wonderful job being able to serve people. I love every second of it.
Now that we are acquainted ... I look forward to moving forward in this challenge...but more importantly...I look forward to hearing your story and making motivational bonds as we move forward.
Thanks for having me!
Andrea

Day 1 of my journey began with my first Juggernaut order. The order consists of the Fat Burning stack. I have tried many supplements in my weight lifting career so I am both reserved and excited. Hope the shipment arrives quickly!
FINAL CUTZ
High doses of Acetyl-L-Carnitine make it possible for lipids to be more effectively transported into cells where they are used as an energy source. The Lipid Oxidation Complex has been designed to assist in controlling appetite and stimulating the metabolism. FINAL CUTZ® will assist your body in becoming a fat burning machine, while the focus intensifier will keep you in the game longer - maintaining your focus and clarity without the crash.
FINAL FORM
Infinite Labs® Final Form® combines L-carnitine, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and raspberry ketones to provide bodybuilders and athletes a comprehensive supplement that incorporates thermogenic and fat burning properties to support an overall healthy body composition and promote optimal recovery.*
Boost your body’s ability to burn body fat with Carnitine MTX™. Whether you want to support the health of your heart, improve athletic performance or burn body fat, Carnitine MTX™ may help you get the results you are looking for.
CARNITINE MTX
Studies suggest that one may benefit from L-carnitine due to its ability to support cardiovascular health. In addition, L-carnitine plays an important role in energy metabolism. The increased fatty acid oxidation works on preserving muscle glycogen and improving oxidative ATP production. While promoting the effects and response of exercise, L-carnitine may also delay muscle fatigue.*

Welcome to the challenge Andrea.! Don't feel embarrassed, you made the change before and you can do it again. This is different than any competition in that it is not a transformation challenge, but a challenge to build a sense of community and help each other stay motivated and on track to achieve our goals. Good luck!

We are all our own worst critics, especially when the path we are on is an attempt to regain what was once within easy reach. Tenacity and adaptation. You can make it happen, it may just take a few tweaks in the gameplan. Welcome to the challenge Juggersis!

I'm so bad at judging myself, even when I get compliments from people, I will say things like, "Well I still need to lose some weight, or I need to work on my Biceps, I have a long way to go!" stuff like that! I look in the mirror and pick myself apart on some days, on others I will say "Not Bad". Then I see a photo of myself and say, "Wow, I look like Sh*t!" I think we're all guilty of stuff like this, and that's why I appreciate my fellow Juggernauts! They have my Back, and I have Theirs!

Don't forget your before pic needs to be taken with a copy of a newspaper or something with the current date. Post it in your journal as well!! Post some details about your nutrition as well. Are you tracking your macros? Let me know if you need any help with anything.
