    Soreness means results?

So the last two days I've trained legs and shoulders but i haven't been sore, not even a little, fatigued a little but does that mean I'm not going to see results from my next work outs if I'm not sore after them either? I've only been working out for about 2 weeks so I don't know if that will give my body a tolerance already but I'm really trying hard to change my body and build muscle.

Don't worry, soreness is not an indicator of growth or progress.

Muscle soreness (or DOMS) does not mean progress. It just means your body isn't used to doing what you just put it through. Indicators of progress are: increase of weight lifted, being able to do more reps and sets, etc.
