So the last two days I've trained legs and shoulders but i haven't been sore, not even a little, fatigued a little but does that mean I'm not going to see results from my next work outs if I'm not sore after them either? I've only been working out for about 2 weeks so I don't know if that will give my body a tolerance already but I'm really trying hard to change my body and build muscle.
