Canadian Forces - Army - Infantry.

I was 220 15-16 % body fat when I started boot camp. When I finished I was 178 pounds at about 12 % body fat. You'll lose a lot of body fat and ALOT of hard earned muscle. The fatigue left in you after boot camp still lingers on for like 2-3 weeks. What was strange also was that the skinny guys ( 150 pounds and less ) gained weight/muscle mass on a calorie deficit.

Yeah I lost a bit but I ate peanut butter packets from the chow hall like it was no tomorrow. In my platoon (India CO. 3213) they gave squad leaders double rations and I was SL the entire time so as far as weight goes I didn't lose nearly as much as the average recruit.

I think you might lose like 5-10 pounds MAX since you're already very lean. I was 15-16 % so I was carrying a lot of useless weight. Anyhow , it's the path to take so you'll have to make sacrifices. Make sure you're top notch on cardiovascular and body weight exercises

You get placed based on where you live, if you live west of oklahoma I believe you go to San diego
