Step mill time! 6 weeks until the Arnold, and I am on track to be better than ever!

This is Ronnie in off at 300 and he almost doesn't have any left space to add mass. Cedric is significantly taller and is "only" 280. Ramy claims 330 while being leaner and having more glearing weaknesses than Ronnie. 300 lbs is a magic number to build hype.

Cant believe the Arnold Classic is just weeks away. Its exciting for me to step on such a sstage. 2014 marks my 4th season on stage as an IFBB pro. 2 out of the last 3 years ive been on an Olympia stage, this will be my 2nd Arnold Classic Columbus stage and I had my first pro win at the Arnold Classic Brazil. Looking at how well I have done in such a short period of time gets me hype! I'm just getting started ya'll!

IFBB Pro's Victor Martinez & Jon Delarosa Train Shoulders at STAR FITNESS in the Bronx, New York. Victor Martinez is 7 weeks out from the Arnold Classic 2014 and every week he is making changes. As far as competing in the Arnold Classic shows...Vic loves them. He will probably do all three Arnold shows this year.

Cardio - Victor doesn't mind cardio...as long as he is in the right mind set & has the right movie. But there is a limit. He says " As far as doing an hour of cardio - if Munoz tells me to do an hour...that's one thing I won't do. Because the next thing you know I start releasing estrogen & getting b*tch tits".

Diet - Victor has hooked up with the Pro-Maker, George Farah to handle his diet. He wanted to release the burden & not deal with the constant troubleshooting.

Size - Victor is trying to get bigger so he doesn't repeat the New York Pro where he had really good condition but not enough size...this time he is trying to be bigger with "good enough condition".

Jon Delarosa has similar feelings on the size issue. After his 3rd place finish in Toronto, he is determined to pack on more mass. He uses that placement as motivation everytime he starts to waiver from his plan. While Jon isn't competing at this Arnold, he is competing at the Arnold Classic Brasil in April

I didn't, but in that case he was robbed cause Jay was simply a blob.
Victor was/is one of the most aesthetic among the biggest guys, who never came top notch conditioning ala Phil or Kai... this is what held him back forever.

NY Pro 2013 was quite insane despite the fact that we was downsized.

Agreed, I even said it 2 posts above.
It's when he says 'I wanna come in huge with enough conditioning' that he's being disappointing... I mean, dude's what, 41?
At that age you are basically done (forgive my harshness), so don't rely on something you have been consistent with for the past 10 years and give it all you got, dammit!
