Also to dispel rumor or guys drinking that hatter-aide the gym photos are real.

Hey guys and ladies!
It's been a bit and I know I slacked off the fan page. Just info you, training is going well for the prep to do battle at the Arnold 212 and then...wait for it...I'm off to Australia to take on the OPEN class and see what I got from there. I do not expect to win that of course but it was such an amazing opportunity to compete that this was one of the few ways I was going to get there! I will give it my best shot and show who the current Giant Killer is an why I was dubbed this nickname by former Mr. Olympia Chris Dickerson/Bob Chic/Dan Solomon, and Shawn Ray. I hope everyone has had an awesome start to the year and things are setting up well in your journey to be better than last year.
