You're going to get a lot of answers seeing as people react differently and look for different things when it comes to a preworkout.


For me the two biggest things I look for is 1. Focus 2. Energy.

Another great preworkout to look into is either Vengeance or Uncut. Both are unqiue and deliver a different experience but in the end both provide you with some great workouts and PRs.

Hemavol gives a great pump and it's reputation is awesome here because of it's effectiveness.

Pump Igniter from TSN has 300mg caffeine and you'll definitely feel the energy it gives, has around 300mg of caffeine.

I'd also check out Swole Sport's Prewrek. It gives me good energy without the crash and the green apple taste is great. PM me if you live in the US if you want to try before.
