Hi all,
So I've been doing 531 for a while now, loving it.. but want to do a 4-day split, more BB oriented.
Wondering if this is a good one to do?

Day 1: chest and biceps
Day 2: shoulders/traps
Day 3: off
Day 4: back and triceps
Day 5: legs
Day 6: off
Day 7: off
Seems pretty legit to me, nice selection of exercises.. just wanted your opinions! will rep!
