    so legit how many times you squat/dead/bench a week? are you squatting again while still sore from last leg workout etc?? also wouldnt your cns be fried from hitting 1 rep maxes all the time? i dont be leaf this would work

    I'm on dat 531 BBB routine so I do each lift twice a week, alternating heavy and light. My body couldn't handle squats erry day.

    I do a brosplit but while my back/legs keep getting stronger, my chest has plateaued for a while...

    How often would I hit chest on 5/3/1? I have no clue what it is so can you cliff it for me? Will rep on RC

    Here is the basic rundown of 531. VERY BASIC. THere are dozens of different ways to run in (full body is one of them). Way too much for me to cliff for you. If you are interested try searching t-nation they have a few layouts I think.

    There are other progamss that do pretty much the same thing as 5/3/1 but with much more volume work in it... Not enough volume work in 5/3/1

    After I tore a muscle, I started the 5/3/1 twice a week version. I gotta say, I'm seeing as good if not better gains than any of the 4 day a week templates. Recovery is so much better. Plus with no deload, I cycle every 3 weeks.
