I got the Snickerdoodle Bars in the oven and they look great! I went with bars because I didn't really feel like making a ton of cookies like last time. It's too hard to see how many you've eaten!

I'll keep all updated, and post pictures with the recipe afterwards.

Best syntha flavour by far. Flavour might sound a bit weird but it's absolutely fantastic. Mixes well and taste great. First time I tried questioned whether it even had protein because tasted so good. Solid product.

I received the package last night. I made a shake before bed and it was wonderful. Not just saying this because it was free It was a treat. My wife came in for a glass of water and said was is the wonderful smell. Yep even the powder on my fingers was licked off

Might be Sunday before I make my pancakes but my family will be very happy.

Got mine yesterday too. I made a modified version of Derek Howes' newest recipe for coffee crumb protein oatmeal. First I brewed a cup of vanilla hazelnut coffee, mixed it with a little almond milk, and cooked up 60g of steel cut oats in it. I then mixed some stevia, cinnamon, splenda brown sugar, hershey cinnamon chips, pb2, and of course a scoop of Cinnamon Bun SYNTHA-6. I garnished it with an oatmeal delight pop tart. It was legit the most delicious bowl of protein oatmeal I've ever had in my life.

review will be posted soon. But def 1 of the best tasting cinnamon proteins ive ever had. The smell when you open it up is strong but the taste is more subtle hard to explain. You can almost taste the doughy cinnabun goodness nailed the flavoring IMO.

Added 2 scoops this morning into 20 ounces of hot water ( Will have to try 16 ounces in the future ), tastes like a cinnamon sticky bun for sure. Not as thick as I would like ( possibly due to 20oz water ) but would still rate it among my top 5 favorite ever for flavor/aroma and the taste is spot on!

I look forward to cooking with it next, I really hope they add this to the iso line as my wife would love this as well but has lactose issues. Have the Strawberries & Cream ISO just recently bought, it was very very good as well.

10/10 Flavor - and as a hot breakfast drink magical!

1 cup of almond milk and it was still thin. I also prefer thicker protein shakes. But ohh man the flavoring more then makes up for the thickness. flavor>thickness/texture always in my book.

Well even in water in 20 ounces, I am greatly enjoying it similar consistency to hot cocoa with sticky cinnamon bun taste. I like it a whole lot, can't afford the calories of whole milk but I am sure it would make this even better as a hot drink.

Two more phenomenal meals with Cinnamon Bun SYNTHA-6.

Made some glorious sludge last night. 1 scoop SYNTHA-6, 2 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter, 1/2 cup slow churned ice cream, 2g cinnamon, 25g mini marshmallows, and 4 crushed danish butter cookies. Threw it in the freezer for an hour or so for it to set back up, then devoured.



Had an amazing bowl of apple pie refrigerator oatmeal this morning. 40g rolled oats, 13g chia seeds, 1 scoop SYNTHA-6, 2g cinnamon, 6g splenda brown sugar, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt. Threw it in the fridge overnight, ate it this morning with some crushed graham cracker sprinkled on top. If you've never had oatmeal this way, you have to try it. When I first heard about it, I was like who the hell eats oatmeal cold? Then I tried it and was amazed. When you let them sit overnight, they just soak up the liquid and you don't even need to cook them. The chia seeds are the same way, so you end up with a nice soft texture and a lot of volume.



I'll try to do some baking with the SYNTHA-6 this weekend before I put up my review, but so far it tastes as good as any other protein I've ever had when it comes to adding it to oatmeal or sludge

Just had a chance to try it for the first time, both in a simple "stirred in almond milk" fashion and in my donut recipe.

First thoughts summary: this stuff is awesome, and I will definitely be buying more.

First thoughts highlights:

• The smell is incredible. Strong hints of maple along with the cinnamon. At least it seemed like maple.
• The usual enormous Syntha-6 scoop, surprises me every time
• In 8oz almond milk, stirs pretty easily; a blender bottle or even just a shake in a normal bottle would nail this mixability no problem
• Has a very creamy cinnamon-maple sort of flavor; delicious
• As has been noted, surprisingly thin for the powder-to-liquid ratio (either positive or negative depending on your preference)
• The creaminess makes it quite satisfying
• My donuts tasted like an all-in-one pancake, with the flavor after you've let the syrup soak in just a bit

Definite hit here. I was interested in trying a lot of other cinnamon powders, but I think I may have found a mainstay for the foreseeable future!

I might be the only one who is disappointed with the flavor. The texture and mixability are great but the overall flavor is very mild and average. I expected a lot better with that kind of a macro profile.

Warm it up imo, the more chilled something is the more it mutes the flavor.

I use hot water near boil for mine, really brought the flavors out.

I used it in hot oatmeal. I don't know if you have ever tried Dymatize or XF UP 2.0 Cinnamon Bun/Roll but those are 10/10 in terms of taste in my books. I have been spoilt.

Not had either of those, but I really like the syntha-6 cinnamon bun. I mixed it with prot&oats blueberry this morning and hot water thought the flavors came through.

Cinnamon roll-bun is not a flavor I have much experience with in regards to protein so suppose it's possible.
I keep thinking I should try them but something always comes up.
