Have you guys ever put cinnamon protein into regular oatmeal? Delicious.
Have you ever put it into a small bowl, cracked an egg, mixed, and put in the microwave? Quick Cake.
Have you ever tried putting Cinnamon Bun protein into your french toast recipes...? Yeah, that's pretty much Amazing!

Frosted Cinnamon-Gingerbread Cupcakes!
1 cup of almond or cartoned coconut milk
1 cup of rolled oats (gluten free or regular)
1/2 cup of Syntha 6 Cinnabun protein
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp of sweetener
2 tbsp of coconut flour
1 tsp of ground ginger
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp of ground cloves
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
for frosting: 1 scoop of whey protein, 4tbsp almond milk, and 100g greek yogurt

Should try fresh minced/grated ginger in them, I find it has more complex flavor then dried/powdered, tho ginger anything = win imo!
I wish it worked that way , of course it would have negative effects as I would eat that plate full and already have little calories to spare this evening haha
I also like the use of coconut flour and strained yogurt in a cupcake these are 2 things I need to try.-- Microwaves everyday crew --

I got the Snickerdoodle Bars in the oven and they look great! I went with bars because I didn't really feel like making a ton of cookies like last time. It's too hard to see how many you've eaten!
