Ketosis Diet Plan + Workout schedule - Critique/Criticizers welcome
Monday - Friday Ketosis Diet Plan
Weekends - Grilled chicken, brown rice, and broccoli 3 times a day. Won't pass 2000 calories though.
All Meals include 40 oz of purified water
Critique/Criticize the hell out of it.
I'm currently lifting 5 days a week. 1 day to do complexes for cardio etc.
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday - Biceps
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Back
Saturday - Cosgrovian Complex
I'm lifting 8-12 reps with a weight that will fatigue me by the last rep. Also pyramiding the weight with each set.

Let me know if this is possible and if my macronutrients are not correct.
Your macros look good to me, but are your net carbs correct? I you are subtracting fiber from total carbs then you net carbs should be lower.
The only only suggestion I would give right now is maybe do straight keto for 2-4 weeks to allow your body to become fat adapted, then start the weekend carb ups. Just a suggestion.
