Thanks for all the support guys!

Gym was pretty busy today. Today my workout focused on back:
I started with pull ups: Warm up set of 3 BW pull ups, then using a dip belt: 3x25lbs, 3 x 35lbs, 3 x 45lbs, 3x55lbs, 3x 70lbs, 3x80lbs, then 2 x 90lbs. Then i took 45lbs off and did a set of 5 x 45lbs followed by a set of 10 BW pull ups. I had planned on doing rack pulls and pendlay rows but the gym was too busy and i didn't want to wait. So instead I did 3 set of 5 cable rows at 185lbs and 3 sets of 5 deadstop dumbell rows with 115lbs. Then i finished my workout with 3x8 widegrip barbell rows with 80lbs.

I am still waiting for my IF supplements to arrive (with the exception of cycloRem which i already had) so today preworkout I used 3.2 grams of carnosyn(beta-alanine) and 5 grams of Creatine magnesium-chelate. During my workout I sipped on BCAAs. Post workout I took 1 scoop of Cellucor whey protein(peanut butter masrhmellow.)

Still felt I got a good workout in despite not being able to do some of my planned exercises. When my supplements arrive I will be using Juggernaut hp which i've used before and think is a great preworkout, this time i'm trying the pink lemonade flavour, and i will be trying dagger hp.

Made it to the gym today despite -40 degree weather. Did a quick run on the track to warm up. Then I did bench press, doing sets of 3 touch-and-go, with: the bar, 95,135,165,185,205,215. Then sets of 3 paused bench 185,155,155 then one set of 5 doubled paused with 135. Then I did 2 sets of skull crushers with 75 for 6 reps and 2 sets with 95 for 6 reps. Did incline flys with 40lbs 3x 12 reps and finished my workout with one set of 10 BW chin ups.

Good stuff. I think you'll enjoy the JHP and Dagger combo. Both are great alone, should be wicked together.

Today I did my workout at the university gym. It was packed in there and people are very inconsiderate during 1 set of my squats someone walked in the way of me reracking the bar and stood there with his back turned and headphones in. So I had to stand there for almost a minute until he moved out of my way so I could rerack the bar without hitting him in the head with it. Any I did squats 135x5 185x5 225x5 255x3 275x3 300x1 (stopped at 1 cause the first rep didn't go as smoothly as it should have). Then did paused squats 245x3 225x3 185x3 155x3 135x5. Then finished my workout with an easy set of 10 BW chin ups. Went back to my locker and found that somehow my phone screen had shattered while sitting in my locker. So very frustrating trip to the gym today. But on the plus side I got home and my supplements have now arrived so i'll get to try them out for my next workout.

Took one scoop of each Juggernaut and dagger before my workout today, I mixed pink lemonade and black cherry flavours which tasted better than I thought it would. Workout was pretty awesome, started with chin ups (shoulder width palms facing me) bwx3 +35x3 +45x3 +70x3 +90x3 +115x2 +45x5 BWx7. Then did some bench touch and go 95x5 135x5 155x5 185x5 205x5 215x4(got 5 but the guy i had spotting me touched the bar so I will not count that rep grrr.) then did 2 set of paused bench 155x5 135x5. Then I did 6 sets of 95x6 cable curls 3 sets of 40x6 incline dumbbell curls, 3 sets of 75x7 preacher curls. Pretty awesome workout aside from my spotter interfering with my last set of bench.

Very Cool, Man! Looks like your hitting it hard! What kind of nutrition plan are you working with? What are your goals for this challenge? Besides hitting some heavy numbers! LOL Awesome work!

Good question, well right now i'm sitting at about 203lbs BW, not sure on my bodyfat cause the defender bodyfat caliper i got from bb.com seems to be pretty inaccurate but I'm gonna guess its around 12-13% at least. So in terms of bodyweight and bodyfat I'd say I'm aiming for 210-215lbs and at least as lean as I am preferably more lean. And obviously to just hit some juggernaut worthy numbers for my lifts.
