Since its day 90 here are some progress pics:
Front:
Last year 230lbs
At start of 90 day challenge 203lbs
Now 218lbs

Since I've started the challenge I have gained 15lbs while maintaining around the same leanness. I've made a lot of progress strength-wise, Bench press when from 225 touch-and-go to 245 tough and go, and 235 paused. Squat went from 330lbs to 375lbs nice 45lbs gain on that. Deadlift went from 530lbs to 545lbs 15lbs progress. Standing overheard press went from 155 to 175. The challenge has been fun and helped me stick to a bulk instead of just switching to cutting after a couple weeks.
