took 2 scoops of opus and 3 caps of rocket science. I felt awesome and got a solid pump during my workout. I am now on my second bottle of both opus and rocket science. they are really helping me power through my calorie deficit and still perform well on my lifts.

this pic was actually taken yesterday, the day after. traps are getting there.
took 2 scoops of opus and 3 caps of rs. had a really good amount of energy but had to cool it from presses. going to give it a few days of rest so hopefully I will be back up to par soon.

I'm playing a little catch up in here. From what I've read the intensity has never left. Love it. I still get exhausted reading your workouts. Tat removal looks hardcore too.

So after the tattoo removal I took a few days off because It blisters quite a bit.

3 caps rs and 2 scoops opus. Felt great, No signs of getting immune to the mix which is nice, sometimes at the beginning of my second tub of pre I start to get immune. but my tat was blistered and was really bothering me. could've really squeeze my abs for support w/o pain.
