    took 2 scoops of opus and 3 caps of rocket science. I felt awesome and got a solid pump during my workout. I am now on my second bottle of both opus and rocket science. they are really helping me power through my calorie deficit and still perform well on my lifts.

    Lol want to get big gotta train big. Tat removal sucks lol its all blistered right now so no updates. But im on day 3 of my 4 day vacation. Which is noce so i guess i am just giving my body a nice long break as well.

    So after the tattoo removal I took a few days off because It blisters quite a bit.
