10 months bulk , 17lbs gained(weighing: 179lbs atm)! Rate the success, according to fatgains(pic below) and stats:
Bench: 132lbs x 5 ---> 187lbs x 3
Squat: 143lbs x 8 ---> 231lbs x 4
OHP: 44lbs x 5 ---> 100lbs x 5
Deadlift: 154lbs x 5 ---> 310lbs x 3
Now I take EAA, creatine-mono(took since 26 of december, still no bloating or weight gain, strange?), and proteinss!
Taking 10g EAA a day ---> before workout, take 2-3 sips, while working out 2-3 sips and when doing cardio 2-3 sips.
Question:
1) I know cardio is not necesarry but it helps me a tons: should I start with 15min and move toward 30min as I stall?
2) Last time I cutted, I just got a smaller version of me, had almost the same BF% but less muscle.. How to preserve this?
EDIT: looks liek chicken legs lol, but my legs are huger than my upper body just saying! Posting pic tomorrow! Trained legs twice a week the first 3 months!

You can do cardio to burn more calories but it isn't necessary as long as your diet is on a deficit amount of calories.
If you don't want to lose mass while cutting make sure to train as hard as you did while bulking and eat enough proteins.
Keep the deficit at around 500 cals a day and you'll lose fat and hold on to as much muscle as you can. You'll always lose muscle while cutting but it can be minimized.
Good luck while cutting bro.

your back is shred
I like the idea about cutting at -500 and keeping proper macros but 1lb per lean body mass for protein make sure of that, and cottage cheese casein before bed to avoid sleep deterioration
Since you will eat protein for your new lean body mass after bulking it should help with holding on to the new muscle massAre you a good guy or Are you a bad guy?
Do you carry that fire inside you?
And if you do whatever, you get whatever.
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

I agree with Tommy. You've made good progress, keep at it. You want to build a nice solid foundation before you cut.

Haha i always tell him to bulk, but he is like: I want this abs.. Anyways, he'll bulk once he see my body in about 2 months.
i will cut for about 2 months and continue the bulk.. I passes this mental barrierer about abs cuz I didnt see the point og having them without massive legs/upper body.. The first pic is after dropping 60lbs.. i used to be overly fat trough my entire life.. But i really need the cut to for motivational sake! Then My goal is 200lbs in bench and 400 in DLThe resistance that you fight physically in the gym,
and the resistance that you fight in life can only build a strong character.

keep going with the bulk. 10 more months, make it to 2bills then maybe cut down. It doesnt look like you would get much out of a cut just yet.

5'9" 178 and that lean looking means a lot of muscle mass, but the pic doesn't really show all that much. I mean your lats are HUGE. The rest of your back and your legs must be fuarking insane as well, but the rest of your upper body is really lagging.
Keep bulking, your are still quite lean and obviously very skilled at your nutrition to limit fat gains. Add accessory work on your chest and arms. Put some weighted abs work somewhere in there if you only hit them from compound corrections. After some months of that and a few more pounds you will be much happier with your cut.
I hope I can be this successful on my bulk this spring. Looking good.
