help me make a 7 day meal plan?

Hi, I'm trying to write a meal plan but am really struggling, if someone could help me in anyway let me know, aiming to cut but currently have no gym access so if anyone could also show me some bodyweight exercises that would be great thanks, lbwoody

At 16 years old you should not be trying to cut weight, counting calories, or following "strict" meal plans.

Consume a varied/balanced diet daily and partner with calisthenic exercises (push ups, pull ups, crunches, bodyweight squats, lunges, etc.)

You weigh 158 lbs. What are you cutting to?
Why are you not working to add muscle to that frame?

You'd still be better off at least eating at maintenance, or slightly over to put on solid muscle.
At your age you're at a prime muscle development stage and it would be a complete waste to cut weight.

Hard to tell from that angle...

I'd stay you're still relatively small (lacking LBM), so you'd still be better off at least maintaining/small bulk and partnering with some form of training.

As a beginner/young kid you're likely to experience body recomposition during your first bit of training anyways, so you'll still see some fat reduction like you're hoping for, but will also be developing a bit of mass so you look better when it is time for a cut.

yeah, makes sense. Do you think it would be beneficial joining a gym with my goal of looking less fat but with more lbm?

    YES!

If you have the option of joining a gym, I'd highly encourage you to do so.
Proper resistance training (as opposed to simply calisthenic routines) will be highly beneficial for both muscular and strength development.

do you have a school gym? might save you some cash and it's easy to get to (no commuting).

otherwise, try all-pro's workout plan in the workout section.
