New dog owner here. This is my little buddy Boaz. I got him the week of Thanksgiving.



I'm having so much fun with him, I decided to get him a friend.

Her name is Moki and I'll be picking her up hopefully this Tuesday.

Readers in my journal will recognize this guy. His name is Sherman; we adopted him from http://columbuscockerrescue.com 4 years ago when he was 3 years old. He's a Blue Merle Cocker (somewhat rare), and yes, he has different-colored eyes (much rarer, even for Blue Merles).

He's very well-behaved, very gentle and loyal, and absolutely loves little kids. How/why he came to be dumped in a kill shelter at age 3 will remain a mystery. It was his and my good fortunes to have found each other.
