    Alternatives to deadlifts

I can't find a way to lower back to make deadlifts safe for me so I decided to quit them. What exercises can I do as substitutes for the Deadlift?

    Good Mornings
Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.

    Supplement Stack:
    -Orange Triad
    -CreaCore
    -MusclePharm Fish Oil
    -Caffeine Tablets

Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

If its because you have a past injury, like myself....I find that partial deadlifts work well for me. Not going crazy with the weight, but just focusing on making those lower back muscles strong. I set the pins in the power rack just below my knee and pull from there. Go light if you need to.

Rack pulls and hyperextensions, wouldn't do good mornings if your concern about deadlifts is safety

As an all around exercise, there are none. You either deadlift, which works multiple body parts and arguably is the best muscle building exercise out there, or you don't.

If your worried about your back on the deadlift, give sumo a shot and you'll be more upright and have less chance to snap your back up. Belt squat might also be another option or just squat more
    Squat(w) - 227.5kg/500lbs
    Bench - 150kg/330lbs
    Deadlift - 240kg/528lbs

why is that you cant find a way? are you injured? if you cannot do regular deadlifts because of a back injury im pretty sure you wont be able to do good mornings, rack pulls which in my opinion is harder on the back, or any other deadlift variation.
