Anyway you should visit some Eastern European cites if you come again, Kiev, Prague etc,

I never went to Paris when i was in France. I landed in Toulouse and travelled through the south of the country, spent a lot of time arond the Pyrenees and Spanish border. Wasn't dirty, plenty of open fields/farms/forests etc. I hiked in some areas, wild strawberries and herbs everywhere. My guess is France is like anywhere, if you avoid the tourist traps then you should have a good time.

The reason why they don't speak English is because most French people are so stuck in their own ways. They looked down and believe they're better than everyone else. You can get some amazing food in Paris if you're spending the right money, but the service is piss poor!

To be fair, French used to be one of the prominent languages in the world, and THE language of academia.
It's still a commonly spoken language too. I don't see why people would look down on the French because they don't speak English in France. The ones who come here learn English pretty quickly, so they're not some stuck up kunts who think everyone has to accommodate them.
And Whenever I've been to Paris or other parts of France after my fluency in French diminished, I spoke in a mix of broken French and English, and nobody seemed to have a problem understanding me either*Beer Crew* *Bourbon and Scotch Crew* *Cardamom in My Coffee Crew* *Catbrah Crew* *Chicago Crew* *Coffee Crew* *Cologne Crew* *Dates Older Women Crew* O===}DBZ Crew{===O *Egyptian Crew* *First Beat the Elite 4 While on the Toilet Crew* *Maghrebi Crew* *Mediterranean Crew* *Middle-Eastern Crew* *Miscers Who Lift Crew* *Miscs While on the Toilet Crew* *Takes Too Long on the Toilet Crew*

Actually not so true these days. Most people in the service industry know it's in their interest to speak a bit of English, and most of the younger generation learn it at school or need it for their career and speak it well. And French waiters in posh restaurants are supposed to be arrogant and rude, that's just tradition!
