Ive been training for years.. One day it all went wrong, mstarted feeling bad and it kept going till now.. I difnt understand, people trained hard and grow but for me it went different.. Now im starting to feel like i can blame my metwbolism. A lot of people tell me woe i eish i had a fast metwbolism.. They prolly dont.. I a, sweaty all day, i sleep bad, and if i have hwd a strong training session its like i have to keep eating i even wake up at night.. I used to dream of hwving a fast metwbolism never knowing i had it., but didnt profit from it.. I started cardio sgain a week wgo, i lost 4 kilogram in a bit morr then one week, including christmas newyear and all of the extra food ... I was ewting like wn wnimwl turkey egge bread and we can go in forever.. I noticed my body becoming painful yesterday, feeling dizzy and stuff, my trained muscles felt weaker when i woke up th the day brfore.. Ite just not recognizable for most people therefore i didnt understand.. When i checked my weight i went from 84 kilogram to 80
Its just strange, models are eating two teaspoons of food or less a day to maintain weight and i lose weight while eatint like a beast.. How should i live? Does anybody recognize this situstion snd can help me? I think its hard setting goals with no knowledge on how to do this.. It. An really be a bitch brcause i get dizzy, i cant etick to work, i have to skip training days. My bones are hurting im injuring myself.. Really, a very fast metabolism is no fun.. It may be for the fact losing weight is easy but to maintain and live and be strong wt the same time i need to eat like a pig, a real one.. Where my friends gain weight a lot while esting and training with me i am damaging my body.. I think i should buy my own cook :'( .. Nh just kiddin. Anyway help would be preciated cus im a leek on this subject,

Don't compare yourself to bodybuilders or fitness models. Many can overtrain due to their use of exogenous androgens. Lifting takes priority over cardio, especially for building mass. Cooking your eggs and meat in oil is an easy way to add a lot of calories without volume, which is especially helpful if you have an issue with fullness. And I do agree with SuffolkPunch, you should get tested by a doctor for a thyroid issue.
