So I've been lifting for going on 8 years now.
I just can't seem to go past 187. I've tried for months and months and months. I've slowly increased my calories and all it feels and looks like is fat being added.
My starting weight was 152lbs way back then.
Then
And now.
187lbs
I'd say 12/13% bodyfat?
And here's me at my leanest at 178lbs

Firstly, you're in great shape! The back shot looks mad aesthetic! Real good delts, chest and traps!
I know exactly how you feel. I now feel the only way I will take my physique firther is by juicing up, something I'm not prepared to do!
Perhaps mix your training up a bit more? This is what I have done and it has really helped with adding size. I'm now very excited to cut for summer and see if I can improve on last year.Time to shred!

Fuark dude. You look sick. Gjdm.
I don't think there is a natural 'limit'. You would just start to gain weight (LBM) extremely slowly 1-2 lbs a year. Just make sure you're on the best training program and it seems like your nutrition is on point.Competitive powerlifter / bodybuilder: www.youtube.com/user/bodybuildingbros1

That chick can airbrush the faurk out of a tattoo. That **** looks hella real.
not srs.
Nice physique. no homer.
I think that's about the perfect physique but you've got to be happy with it. I've got nothing as far as advice although I don't see you getting a whole lot bigger without Tour de France training.Last edited by aj0538; 01-03-2014 at 08:10 AM.

What I would do if I hit my "limit", I would start engaging in different areas of sports training to keep active, but maintain the physique or at least stay in the ballpark.
Think about doing that to stay motivated, because in my opinion, it's not worth playing with 8 years worth of building pillars of health by juicing if you don't plan on competing.
edit: also, +rep you sick kont, looking aesthetic as hell, would nibble on pecks no homo
