Would be crazy if true but doesn't seem accurate. I see some places where it says his first contest was in 1993 and others saying 1996. "1993 NABBA Mr Universe, Medium-Tall, 4th" "His first NPC competition was the NPC Junior USA of 1996" but nothing even about 1985. He also said something about lying about his age before he retired. Sketchy details are sketchy.

Lol - running stairs in my building sucks, simply because you're turning every 11 stairs. 5 steps up, turn, 5 more steps, turn etc. It would be nice if I could get into the stadium where I could actually run much further. Oh well.

stairs at my high school is goat. Theres a long line of stairs on one side which takes you to top of bleachers. Run Bleachers. Then another big line of stairs on the other side.
Ran that 4 times after running 4x100 sprints and 4x50 sprints.

First time in a while my quads weren't sore from doing front squats, feels good man
Yeah stretching and foam rolling calfs is such an awesome and like you said relaxing feel. Hamstrings don't really hurt too much for me but foam rolling quads and my hip flexors is like death but need to do it more because they get hella tight from sitting down most of the day."Shove a lobster up your a$$. Also, that chili looks hnnghghg. I like a thickened up chili much more than a soupy chili - do want. And honey + pb is heavenly.

ya gets thicker after it sits for a second, might strain some juice out of the canned tomatoes next time. its pretty much all meat. easy clean up is where its at, showed my grandma the other day how easy it is with the liner and she was impressed to say the least. i take it some where for the hamburger, summer sausage, snack sticks, i dont have the equipment. its not hard to do though. its expensive to get it processed so i should but i dont want to store more ****. my coues deer i shot in november, i cut that all up into steaks, probably jerky some of it. i havent even started eating on it yet. they are best tasting deer but you get very little meat. you got a lot of meat off an elk.
its good ****, crockpot makes everything good.
what if i told you i dont even run the heater in my house day or night?
