    D-Aspartic Acid - best supplement ever!

    I have been training for 14 years, the first 12 years with no results. 2 years ago I started with D-Aspartic Acid, I finally started progressing. Every month I took 12 days off from the acid. A month ago I took 1 month off from the acid, I stopped progressing and lost my appetite among other things. A week ago I started taking it again, the gains are amazing! I progress 2 kg per workout in chin-ups and dips, compared to 0.5 kg before.

    And if you really react liek that without the DAA, maybe your hormal situation is a little off. Cool that it's working for you and all, but maybe go see a doc about whats the story with your balls

    I'm not a quitter. When I had trained for a few years, I might as well try another year, and so on. I did not give up, I wanted muscles. I didn't know what was wrong with me, it was the testosterone that was too low.

    Thats cool I guess. Glad to hear things are looking up for you. Maybe look into other things that might be interfering with your natural test production. There are a whole lot of things you lifestyle might entail that can be affecting you in that regard

    I did some chin-ups for fun 20 years ago and progressed a little, it was nothing serious, I made 1-2 chin-ups. I started bodybuilding 17 years ago and joined a gym, but I quit after a month because I didn't get results. I tried again 3 years later (training at home) and got huge gains for 2 weeks, then nothing for 12 years. Those 2 weeks of gains was what kept me going, I was hoping to get another of that 2 weeks of gains, people commented that I had bigger muscles, only after 2 weeks. After 12 years, they didn't even think I was bodybuilding. Now after I started DAA, people become scared of my muscles.

    Guessing you're somewhat older, so DAA *might* actually have a little effect but the placebro power be kickin in hard. If you didn't see results for 12 years you definitely have some reading to do in the nutrition section.

    I was inside for many months at a time. Then I bought a mountainbike and went riding, after a week I was riding quick, but I couldn't break my record anymore. I bought special pedals, shoes and a riding suit, I couldn't break my record for many years. It was strange, I didn't make progress in mountainbiking either. Then I quit. A year later at age 26 I lost my virginity, it was a bad experience and a couple hours later I got stomach sickness for 3 days, I lost 5 kg of weight. But a few weeks later I started improving in my chin-ups. Maybe my testosterone became higher? Or maybe because I weighed less. I went from 5 to 21 chin-ups after I stopped riding my bike. Maybe going outside gives testosterone too?
