so a couple weeks ago i was doing 5 x 5 of 205, and was making progress, the next week i wasnt able to do even 5 reps so i did 3 by 5
the next week I was only able to do 2 and i couldnt do anymore reps, now i cant even bench 205
the past 2 weeks that i wasnt able to do 5 x 5 i wasnt sleeping right and I was eating about once a day
could that be the problem?
should I maybe take a week off and get my stuff straight and try again or is something else happening
