When the hand off is right, it makes such a difference at about 455 and on.
Im still have issues with the left shoulder, not near as bad and the back strain makes it harder to stay stable but, I felt like I had some in the tank. Now if I can build on this.
The Buffalo bar stretches me pretty good and there is some pain. But, I felt good to be able to pause with 310. After decline pressing, I figure my triceps were shot. The Inclinde is simply prehab/rehab. It takes a set or two even being warm, to get it where it doesn't hurt.
I need to be more time efficient. Coaching, online and taking the video and such, slows me way down.
I'd like to be able to get more assistance in.
My hope is that if this number can stay in the 400-525 area, that will get me to the 415-420 areaon flat come July

It really depends on the lifter
For me, when I squatted, 1,040, I squatted, did my close and wide and then was out of time.
For you, based on the issues...it might be smarter to base the assistance on addressing the issues and leaving the rest alone to recover
Your strength is good, very good but, we are missing something that allows the back and shoulders to continue being an issue. Assistance can make a huge difference but, it also depends on the lifter, etc.Squat: 1,040

I believe it was called Sweet Carolina, whiskey liqueur. Something one of the guys brought in for me to try. So, yes, it was real.
The bourbon is not that great but, whatever they added, spice and a few other things, made it interesting.
My current bourbons
#1 Jeffersons Ocean aged at sea, it's expensive but, really really good
#2 Willet Pot Reserve
#3 Slow and Low, the best rye for the money, hands down
#4 Weller

Mid-town it's $18.99 and it drinks every bit as good as any $50 bourbon out there in my opinion

I will now be picking up some slow an low. The first 2 on that list are very solid choices. My favorite bourbon that is newer to me is Hudson Baby its not cheap but I like it

Hudson is good and it's one of the 2 I want to add to the bar next. it and Booker's.
Get these 2 things to follow up with when you've drank bourbon.
Christian Brothers Honey Brandy, not regular, must be honey. And then, Butterscotch moonshine. After 2-3 pours fo bourbon, do a pour of the brandy...once finished, small shot of the moonshine and, it's party time.Squat: 1,040

this is flavored and it's not a high proof shine. Now, I have a couple of jars of stuff that will light you up. There is also blackberry shineint he firsge...
I have a bottle of 90 proof peach that will knock you on your ass
The butterscotch is a finisher. 45 proof and doesn't taste anything like shine. After bourbon, very good bourbon and a sip of honey brandy, this is the drink to finish it off.Squat: 1,040
