    she wanted a better training bar...$350 and I have a set of change plates and had bought an extra pair of 2.5...but when she trains, she uses them all and makes tiny incremental increases which drives me bar$h!t crazy...so, yeah, about $250...more.

    I also got a deal on an ipad2...that way I ahve as many bases covered between the Surface pro 3/ipad. And still, there are issues with apps and such not converting to coachs eye. It's only money...

    Yes, I have trained them both for several years and have even done SM on the weekends. I just upped the ante on oly this past 9 months. I am training for a pl meet and will do American Masters in November.

    Yes, I am cutting to 308 again and will stay down there. The goal is 800-600-600 and retire from multi ply gear. That would be elite again at 308 and at 50 and lifetime drug free.

    I got Missy a Pendlay training bar. The bar I originally got her was from a different company and she always felt the diameter was smaller...I could never tell. She doesn't want it anymore, she has it. And we have 2 sets of change plates now as well.

    She is spoiled rotten and she will tell you that

    I will compete raw and in singly ply likely. I have yet to do a USAPL meet and I promised one of the lifters at the gym tha tI would some day.

    The problem is not my age. It's just getting people to be there consistently enough to train. When you need to have a hand off at 500-600 lbs, you gotta have a crew, same wiht 700+ squats. So, it's just time to move forward. I have had my time, hit my goals and it's time to do some things in my age bracket raw and single ply and I want to see if I can push the Oly guys that are real oly guys as I go and ultimately, with the 3 sports and maybe 4, I will become a better coach.
