Went and hit a 4:30 am workout with Baker this morning and go figure PR's for both of us. I got 280x1 on flat bench and even though it wasn't a PR, got 300x1 on decline and 275x4. I think I'm going to like this morning stuff.
Baker had a PR too. Which I'm sure will be posted soon.

Chest tonight. Tried warming up and getting going quickly on barbell bench.... didn't go so well. Felt something tighten in my second set of 225x6 and got away from it. Didn't hit anymore barbell bench the rest of the night.

Well... got to represent. Bad part is Baker is a Duke fan.
So anyway, yesterday was really good as far as bench went. To all that don't know, I plan on lifting in the RPS PL'ing meet in Cornelius, NC in June. TarHeel above me will be there too. So my hopes are to be in the 181 class and hit S - 375 /\ B - 315 /\ D - 435. That's a big number for me to hit. Not going to get bent out of shape if I don't get it but that's the current goal.
Hit new single and double PR yesterday on bench. 275x2 and 290x1. Still 25 pounds off on my bench goal but I have 3 months. Hoping to possibly get it. Probably going to run 5/3/1 for the next 3 months to help me get there.

I think we need to revive this thread. Will have to kick Baker in the arse and get him posting again. Tonight we got to hit back and bi's and killed it. Best session I have had in a really long time. Good thing about us getting to lift together is how hard we push each other to greater heights. Tonight was no different. Will try to post a modified version of tonights workout tomorrow when I get a little more time.
