    I read that, nice program. I did another T Nation pull-up challenge in the Spring and loved it but the addition of push-ups would be awesome. GL

    I just turned 18 2 weeks ago , I'm 5'11 i've been consistently lifting for almost 3 years now.I rather have big forearms than small ones but i feel like they make my arms look small. My arms are 17" and forearms 15" but i feel like my forearms make my upper arm look like 13"
